Our team of practitioners enable children and young people to adapt to their changing situation by offering them the chance to access support and information which addresses their needs and concerns.

Support us

Daisy’s Dream provides our services to children, young people and families free of charge. We couldn’t do the work we do without the support of the brilliant people who want to help us make a difference, read on to find out more about how you can get involved.

The impact of our work

In 2023/24, Daisy’s Dream supported 1027 people. This included 470 children and young people , 337 parents/carers and 220 professionals.
