Making an enquiry

If you are concerned about a child or young person and feel they would benefit from our support, please contact us.  We may take some basic information over the phone or ask you to complete an online referral form.

One of our team will then get in touch to discuss this enquiry in more detail if required. If you are making a referral on behalf of a family we will ask that you have consent to do so.

Making an enquiry means that our service team will assess the information provided and often following a conversation with the family make a plan as to what support would be most appropriate. If we can’t provide a service we will signpost you to an alternative.
