Get involved Fundraise DaisyGift - Regular Giving at Daisy's Dream Welcome to DaisyGift, our giving programme for supporters who wish to provide a regular donation. Setting up a regular gift is really straightforward and is a brilliant way to support local bereaved children and families on a regular basis. Every year we support over 800 children from nearly 600 families and the demand for our services continues to increase year on year. As, unfortunately, do the costs of providing our support. DaisyGift is a totally flexible way of supporting our work. And it's really simple to set up. All you need to do is decide: The amount you wish to donate How regularly you would like to make your donation - monthly, quarterly or annually - you choose How you would like the donation to reach us - you can set up your regular gift right here on the website or you can set up a standing order from your bank account to ours. (See details below) Set up a Regular Gift via our website £10 a month will help provide the materials for a bereaved child to make a 'Memory Book' during their sessions with a Therapeutic Practitioner. £25 a month will help us provide telephone support to families. This vital part of the service is often the first contact we have with a family who may need support. £50 a month will pay for one of our group events, which help children and young people to connect and often relieve the sense of isolation they feel. There's no minimum period. You can change the amount or frequency at any time or cancel it with no penalties or on-going commitments, if you wish. The support we provide is tailored and delivered at no cost to the children and families who need it. It costs us in the region of £450,000 a year to provide our service using the experience and expertise of our professionally-trained Therapeutic Practitioners. Providing a regular gift enables us to plan and deliver our support more effectively and efficiently and ensures that those children and young people are able to cope with the changing dynamics in their lives and ultimately move forward in a more positive way. The impact of our group sessions... From the children... “An incredible day with an amazing impact” “It gave me a chance to do nice things with people who understand how hard it is losing people." “I liked getting to know each other…it made me realise I am not alone” From a surviving parent... “Being able to relate made her feel less of an odd one out. She also mentioned that it will help her going forward in how to deal with things and how to talk about something if she is upset. "Absolutely invaluable as she came away empowered and supported” Setting up your regular gift If you would like to set up your regular gift via the website, please do so here.
