We are delighted to announce that Daisy’s Dream has been chosen as the headline charity partner for the first-ever Newbury BID Krazy Races, taking place on Sunday, 24th August 2025!
Krazy Races, in partnership with Newbury BID, will bring its nationally acclaimed free-to-attend soapbox derby to Newbury for the first time – and the excitement is already building! The event will see local businesses, schools, and community groups design, build, and race their own soapboxes in a thrilling competition.
Daisy’s Dream was selected as the charity partner following a public vote, receiving an incredible 536 votes out of 2,765 cast by the local community. This support means so much to us, and we can’t wait to be part of what promises to be an amazing day!

Applications for team entries are now open, but spaces are filling fast. The race will be a knockout-style competition, offering multiple trophies and prizes. Once the 40-team threshold is reached, applications will automatically close.
