More than 3,000 challengers will take on the Thames Path Challenge following England's greatest river - most will be walking, many will jog, some will be running, and all will have a special reason to push themselves. The full 100km route heads upstream from Putney Bridge past Hampton Court to Runnymede of Magna Carta fame at 50km, then on past wonderful scenery all the way to Henley.

Whichever distance you choose, and however you take it on, your challenge will be a test of stamina & determination, you'll be fully supported all the way, and rewarded with an amazing sense of achievement.

Challenge options

You can take on the full 100km Thames Path Challenge, or you can choose to participate in either of the 50km halves, or any of the quarter sections (between 22-28km depending on which you choose).  When registering you can also choose whether you wish to participate as a walker, jogger or runner.

You can join this event as an individual or as part of a team. Minimum ages vary depending on the challenge.

We rely on community fundraisers like you to continue our valuable work with bereaved families across Berkshire, and so we'd like to support your fundraising as much as we can.

You can create a personalised JustGiving page which is a great platform for encouraging people to sponsor you. We also have lots of free fundraising tools available for you to download to help you raise as much money as you can for Daisy's Dream.

This year we are also really pleased to be able to offer Daisy's Dream running vests and t-shirts for you to train and race in. Once you've raised £200 in sponsorship, we'd be delighted to send you one.
