I'm extremely lucky that as a child I never had to experience bereavement but not everyone is that fortunate. I'll never forget listening to a gentleman on radio 2 describing how he took his 3 year old daughter to a milkshake bar to try and break the news to her that her mum had passed away from a long term illness. i don't think I've ever cried so much to a 15 min radio slot. I can't imagine anything more heartbreaking than to have to give my daughter news like that... That's why it's so important that there are charities like Daisy's Dream to help families that are going through or about to go through the worst time of their lives. I want to support them but I also want to raise awareness of this charity. Anything I can raise will help them so even if you've only got £1 to spare I'll 100% appreciate it and so will Daisy's Dream.
