When it comes down to it, most of our supporters would say that they get involved with our work because they want to make a difference; a real difference.

We know that the service that Daisy’s Dream provides makes a huge positive impact to the lives of the children and families that we support, but we also know that we couldn’t continue to do it without the generosity of our local businesses and communities.

Our 1:1 therapeutic work with children is all carried out by professionally qualified Family Workers on an outreach basis - either at the family’s home or at the child’s school. By structuring our service in this way we feel that we can offer children the best and most consistent level of support, but it comes at a price. Salaries, mileage costs and literature are where we spend the majority of our budget.

We support hundreds of children across Berkshire every year that are facing, or have experienced, the loss of someone they love. Inevitably, the time when families need us most are when they are at their most vulnerable and are under considerable pressure, which is why we deliver our service completely free of charge. Simply put, the real difference that your company could make by partnering with us could be the difference between a family receiving the help they need or not.
