A huge thank you to the whole team at 60 Hour Shakespeare for your fundraising support over the last month.

The company and its supporters have raised over £950 from a number of activities, which is a fantastic achievement and will go directly

to supporting children and families affected by bereavement.

The campaign started with a live Q&A online session with actor Jeremy Stockwell, raising £78. This was followed by a second online interview with RSC actor, Colin Hurley which has contributed a further £26.

Inspired by the rehearsal time available to actors in Shakespeare’s time, the 60 Hour Shakespeare company also laid on a wonderful  performance of Romeo and Juliet at Caversham Court Gardens which raised a brilliant £842.

In a bid to hit their fundraising target of £1000, the company have kindly extended their support for Daisy's Dream to include their next online Q&A session with Professor Emma Smith, Professor of Shakespeare Studies at Oxford University on June 22nd at 7pm.

Here's the live stream link if you'd like to join the session. It's free to register but you can make a voluntary donation if you'd like to which would help get us over the £1000 mark!

We are really grateful for not only the fundraising support, but also helping to spread the word about Daisy's Dream and the work we do. Here's a link to a lovely interview conducted by 60 Hour Shakespeare's Ilaria Diotallevi and our West Berks fundraiser, Ellen Ludlow.
